@dfaure-kdab I opened #402, which adds build targets for current SUSE releases: opensuse-leap15.6, opensuse-leap16.0, sles15.7 and sles16.0 (the last two on the SLE Base Container Image), for x86_64 and aarch64. It also fixes what kept the existing openSUSE Dockerfile from building on them: renamed packages, the Sun RPC headers that glibc no longer ships, GCC 15 and rpm 4.20.
Until it is merged, you can build from the PR branch:
git clone -b fix/opensuse-leap-build-targets https://github.com/gusraggio/libnvidia-container.git
cd libnvidia-container
make -f mk/docker.mk opensuse-leap15.6 # or opensuse-leap16.0, sles15.7, sles16.0
ls dist/opensuse-leap15.6/x86_64/
It also works with Podman (DOCKER=podman). For aarch64, use the <target>-aarch64 form, e.g. opensuse-leap15.6-aarch64.
If you only need the packages rather than building them, they install on openSUSE and SLE from NVIDIA's generic RPM repository:
sudo zypper ar https://nvidia.github.io/libnvidia-container/stable/rpm/nvidia-container-toolkit.repo
sudo zypper --gpg-auto-import-keys install libnvidia-container1 libnvidia-container-tools
Could you let us know here whether this works for you?

Still an issue, see https://github.com/NVIDIA/libnvidia-container/blob/master/mk/docker.mk#L36 which has 15.1 but not 15.2.
