Adds immutable experiment stages and handoffs, static LabOP protocol export, and compilation bundles containing provenance, methods, and source artifacts. Export operates on frozen protocols without requiring cloning recipes or a build planner, and emits no execution records.
Validation: 204 tests passed on Python 3.12 with the optional robot SDKs installed; Ruff and mypy passed at this branch tip.
The wheel and source distribution built successfully; the wheel also passed the isolated installed-package check.

marpaia/labop-schemas. Each PR targets the preceding branch so its diff contains only this slice.This is the review cutoff for static LabOP export; the remaining PRs add cloning planning and its worked example.
