The controller now watches the license by itself with local checks only: a trial or subscription locks when its exp passes, a license past onlineGracePeriod gets one last online check, and activations, refreshes and deactivations in other plugin instances or processes are picked up within about 2 seconds. It also adds onLicenseChanged, pendingBrowserUrl() and ActivationConfig::openBrowser, parses public keys the same way on every crypto backend, replaces the controller's juce::ThreadPool with module-owned workers (JUCE 6.1.3 could kill a pool thread at teardown), and makes ActivationComponent stop its timers while off screen, sync callbacks wired after construction, fire onActivationChanged only on license changes, and honour reduceMotion for the glow. Tested on JUCE 8 and 6.1.3, and end to end on the demo tenant with several instances, a real activation and deactivation, and a trial expiring mid-session.

The controller now watches the license by itself, with local checks only
(the license file and the clock, every 2 seconds):
- a trial or subscription locks when its exp passes, without a restart
- a license past onlineGracePeriod gets one last online check, then locks
- activations, refreshes and deactivations in other plugin instances or
processes are picked up within a couple of seconds

Also:
- refreshLicense() locks past the grace period when Moonbase can't be
reached, and skips while an online activation is in progress
- new onLicenseChanged, pendingBrowserUrl() and ActivationConfig::openBrowser
- public keys parse the same on every crypto backend (single-line,
  indented and CRLF PEM)
- the controller's workers are module-owned threads instead of a
juce::ThreadPool, which on JUCE 6.1.3 could kill a thread at teardown
- ActivationComponent stops its timers while off screen, gives callbacks
wired after construction the initial state, fires onActivationChanged
only when the license changes, and stops the glow under reduceMotion
- docs for all of the above, and corrected onClose, dismissUpdate and
  reduceMotion comments
