feat: copy changes to FAQ and probation

Summary:

Copy changes to FAQ on /seal-of-reliability and Probation text changes on /seal-of-reliability/how-it-is-calculated

Please note that I know programmatically stable doesn't have a Probation but conceptually (it takes 6 months for the stable criterion to apply) it does, which is why I've kept it in the same bucket as the other criteria (aside from Official).

Testing tips:

Provide tips, procedures and sample files on how to test the feature.
Testers are invited to follow the tips AND to try anything they deem relevant outside the bounds of the testing tips.
