Summary:

Resolves #141.
Integrates the Seal of Reliability status badge chip and link to the detailed reliability analysis page within the feed detail summary header.

Expected behavior:

Eligible GTFS feeds display the Seal of Reliability chip in the header linking to /seal-of-reliability.

Testing tips:

  1. Checkout feat/141-seal-on-feed-detail-page.
  2. Run yarn test.
  3. Inspect an eligible GTFS feed header.
