Pull request overview
Updates the production Python deploy GitHub Actions workflow to enforce that deployments are executed from release tags, and adds an additional guard that release tags follow the v* naming convention.
Changes:
- Replace the previous conditional “tag-only” guard with an always-on validation step.
- Add tag-name validation requiring tags to start with
v.
