Summary

• Add Bitcoin Core 32.0 RC4 as the latest test framework node version.
• Add typed support for the new OpenRPC, ASMap export, HD key, and watch-only wallet RPCs.
• Expose new fee estimation, mempool, raw transaction, and background validation response data.
• Preserve PSBTv0 behavior for existing callers while allowing explicit PSBTv2 creation.
• Preserve compatibility with Bitcoin Core 31 and existing RPC enum values.

Testing
