Add a SQL lint domain backed by SQLFluff with default SQL discovery patterns and explicit target flag support. Wire the domain into CLI domain selection, built-in registry creation, domain context, docs, and tests. Include SQLFluff in the development shell and copy the bundled SQLFluff config during package build.
Split the oversized domain test suite into focused test files for the domain engine, domain selection, file discovery, constants, and each lint domain. This keeps tests aligned with source domain boundaries and makes additional domain coverage easier to maintain.
