Theme submission

Adds Catppuccin, a theme with all four Catppuccin flavors (Latte, Frappé, Macchiato and Mocha). It follows the system light/dark setting by default (Latte in light mode, Mocha in dark mode), and visitors can pick a flavor and one of the 14 accent colors. Brand buttons use each brand's real color mapped to the nearest Catppuccin color, and the button icons are recolored to follow the flavor.

Notes

• The flavor/accent picker uses the custom code feature, so it needs ALLOW_CUSTOM_CODE_IN_THEMES=true on the server. Without it the theme still works (colors, icons and default avatar); only the picker is unavailable, which is why requiresJS is false.
• The Catppuccin logo is shown as the default avatar only for users who have not uploaded one.
