Added/fixed small caps usage (mostly in Lilypad)
Added help text found in parentheses
Some changes from last year aligned the rules with the PNP instead of the final print copy. To fix that I've:
Fixed order of LD's Swimmers ability to match printed version
Fixed the order TC's Battle action to match printed version
updated references
Re-renamed Entreat to Entreating
