The prebuilt libghostty came from a third party, which left the LGPL relink question open. Ghostty is now a submodule built with our patches, driven through the app's own AppKit layer. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The prebuilt libghostty came from a third party, which left the LGPL relink question open, and its Swift wrapper dropped the search counts and kept the selection to itself. Ghostty is now a submodule built by Scripts/build-ghostty.sh with six patches carried from libghostty-spm, and the app drives the C API through its own AppKit layer, after Ghostty's own macOS app, with libintl, glslang and ImGui left out.
