Summary

• restore direct xpub explorer links on every Blockbook server card
• restore the original dashboard's detailed health, sync, block, mempool, coin, and version data
• add responsive mobile disclosure, per-chain accents, warning states, manual/automatic refresh feedback, and change highlighting
• keep the existing EdgeTools navigation, privacy boundary, fixed origin allowlist, and narrow public API route

Verification

• 43/43 tests pass
• all three Wrangler deploy dry-runs pass
• gitleaks passes
• desktop and 390px mobile rendered review: 11 cards, 11 explorer links, no page errors, no horizontal overflow

Risk / rollback

• The public status response adds only fixed public Blockbook origins and public health fields already exposed by each server.
• Roll back to 57a9d8b if the expanded card UI or response shape causes a regression.
