Adds a home page section, Hands for your hamsters, about linking a Nibblets server to Infrawrench so a nibblet can get its own scoped key there, and a fuller footer credit.
The section describes Infrawrench/nibblets#45 and Infrawrench/Infrawrench#305, so merge after those ship.
