core.markdown.v1，文字接口保持 Markdown 源文；Local Files v2 读取按正文的实际 HTML／Markdown 格式解释，v1 仍要求 inline text。HTML 文字投影现在保留视频及字幕地址，供已有查询和 sinks 使用。沿用 Block、body 关系、resolver 和既有扩展加载，不新增结果类型、API、数据库迁移或 Organization 方法。SDK 能力版本更新为 0.3.4，Local Files 声明对应下限；应用和扩展的发行意图分别记录在既有 Towncrier fragments。
验证：
pdm run check：97 通过、61 因集成环境未配置跳过，类型检查无诊断。发行顺序须先交付读端，再启用写入 file.v2 的新分发。本 PR 没有发布、迁移或部署；回退后也应保留新格式 decoder，避免已保存材料无法解释。跨仓库链接与状态见下方跟踪记录。
跨仓库状态和阅读截图的证据索引由 impl-py#165 统一跟踪。UI 依赖为 ui#75，TS 消费者为 impl-ts#179；UI #75 与版本 PR #76 已合并，UI 2.7.0 已正式发行；TS 已升级正式依赖，仍保持 draft。
