Description

This #15791 PR has introduced a bug where using a tooltip in SSR throws an error.

igniteui-angular version: 20.1.x, master
browser: any

Steps to reproduce

Use a tooltip inside an Angular SSR project.
Run the project and observe.

Result

What is the actual result after following the steps to reproduce?

Expected result

No errors.
