Overview
Regenerates openapi.json from the live public REST API (commit 5be31f4) so published API reference pages stay aligned with production.

The meaningful contract updates are on GET /repos: each UnifiedRepoDto now includes required openFindingsCount (open approved findings for the repo) and lastScanAt (most recent completed scan timestamp, or null). RestCreateScanDto.auth_instructions is documented more explicitly as target URLs plus browser login/credential guidance.

The rest of the diff is OpenAPI formatter churn (multi-line enum/tags/required arrays) with no semantic change to endpoints or types.
