Problem

DefaultApplVerID (1137) is sent empty, though required on a FIXT.1.1 logon. Thus, FixClient cannot log on to any counterparty that validates the tag.

Cause

Session.Logon() writes the tag straight from Dictionary.Version.ApplVerID, which is a stub returning "". However, it was implemented in the previous versions of FixClient:

Fix
