Change default option for MIDL

I think it would more sense to change the default arguments of MIDL to target=14. This is the value in RE which is used in the original paper for comparison against OMNI. Hence, the default call would provide a similar dataset compared to OMNI, which is the expected behaviour.

but isn't OMNI data is propagated to L1 which is at 235-236 Re

No, it is propagated FROM L1 to the bow shock, which is determined based on dynamic pressure.
