Summary

Align built-in Agent modes, skills, collaboration tools, and prompt assembly with current runtime contracts. Retire obsolete modes and skills, centralize shared prompt guidance, and fix Windows absolute Markdown image paths.

Type and Areas

Type: Feature / bug fix / refactor / test

Areas: Agent runtime and prompt assembly, Rust core, CLI/TUI, web UI, mobile web, Markdown rendering, product capability catalogs, localization

Motivation / Impact

  • Standardize collaboration tools around AgentList and AgentControl across built-in and custom modes.
  • Retain Task as a compatibility path for explicitly configured agents.
  • Align built-in Agent IDs, prompt files, skill catalogs, policies, generated contracts, and localized metadata.
  • Remove obsolete Team, GenerateDoc, visual-mode, and retired gstack skill entries.
  • Centralize computer-use and file-reference guidance through prompt placeholders.
  • Simplify Standard mode guidance and prevent unsolicited subagent launches.
  • Resolve Windows drive-letter image paths as canonical file:///C:/... references.
  • Add regression coverage for raw Windows paths and file URI inputs.

Reviewer Notes

  • Commit range: 13fe1a710..e14abfe1d (7 commits).
  • Review generated capability catalogs and localized metadata together with their source changes.
  • Retired built-in modes and skills are no longer registered; explicitly configured Task flows remain supported.
  • No screenshots included.

Checklist

  • This PR is focused and does not include secrets, temporary prompts, generated scratch files, or unrelated artifacts.
  • Relevant verification is recorded above, or skipped checks are explained.
  • User-facing strings, docs, and locales are updated where applicable.

- Add AgentControl for interrupt and delete actions with cascade semantics
- Expose Agent* collaboration tools across built-in and default custom modes
- Keep Task as a compatibility tool for explicitly configured agents
- Enable dynamic agent listings for Ultimate and SwarmPlanner
- Include AgentList in collaboration tool contracts and catalogs
- Update prompts, UI catalogs, generated contracts, and tests
- Rename built-in prompt files to match current Agent IDs and remove the obsolete Team mode.
- Remove retired gstack skills and update skill catalogs, policies, tests, and localized references.
- Synchronize Agent mode definitions, runtime metadata, and tool exposure documentation with the current built-in set.
- Centralize shared computer-use and file-reference guidance through prompt placeholders.
- Inline the Claw workspace guidance.
- Remove the retired visual-mode prompt and configuration setting.
Move image citation rules into the shared FILE_REFERENCES guidance and
remove the output-surface-specific runtime injection path.

- Add FILE_REFERENCES to the creative prompt
- Remove obsolete DesktopUi image-display gating
- Render CLI image syntax as ordinary links when images cannot be shown
- Centralize shared prompt guidance through placeholders
Treat Windows drive-letter paths as local file references before URL
sanitization so Markdown images can load from absolute paths.

Normalize transformed paths to the canonical file:///C:/... form and
cover both raw drive paths and file URI inputs with regression tests.
