feat: Add flow renderer support for certified nodes

Description

Adds icons and colours for the FlowFuse certified node packages that were missing, so they no longer render as plain white boxes.

Changes

• CIP Suite: 11 types, #999999, the package's own cip.svg
• OPC UA: 10 OpcUa-Client2-* types, #C0DEED, arrow-in.svg. The icon files the package points at aren't in its tarball, so the editor falls back to its default arrow. This matches what users see.
• Modbus: icon for all 13 flow types (the package's modbus.png, metadata stripped). Also adds the missing colours for modbus-server and modbus-queue-info
• Redis: 5 types, a new redis.svg (1.4 KB). The package PNG carries about 8 KB of EXIF, and the existing redis.png is a white glyph that disappears on these white nodes
• RTSP: ff-rtsp, #DEB887 (BurlyWood), video camera icon
• Kafka: 7 types, #ddd, which is what the editor draws when a node sets no colour (checked in the editor)
• Font Awesome icons: the renderer has no Font Awesome support, so I added white 40x60 SVGs built from the Font Awesome 4.7 glyphs Node-RED ships (video-camera, cogs, thumbs-up, thumbs-down, inbox, shopping-basket, info, paper-plane). They match the style of the renderer's own icons

Not included: config nodes (not drawn), and cip-file, cip-io-scanner, cip-motion, cip-param, cip-security, which are in the cip-suite repo but not in its package.json, so they don't load.

Testing

• Rendered a flow containing all 49 new types from the rebuilt index.min.js: every node has its icon and colour, no console errors
• npm run lint: 36 problems, same as main (none in the new lines)
• index.min.js rebuilt
