New namelist setting for CAM7 to match development runs

We want to update the CAM namelist settings on the trunk so that they match the settings currently used in our development simulations.

In particular, we need to add the following settings to all CAM7 configurations:

seasalt_emis_scale = 1.6D0

clubb_gamma_coef  = 0.298
clubb_gamma_coefb = 0.298

clubb_penta_solve_method   = 2
clubb_tridiag_solve_method = 2

I also asked Simone and Shawn about updating the forcing files currently used in the development simulations, including:

• tracer_cnst
• prescribed_ozone / prescribed_strataero
• stream_ndep_data

Those changes are being discussed separately in another issues:
