当前 exact head a94a446a9c74ebe543a4424616314748455d52c1 暂不能合并：单个 PR 涵盖 177 个文件、约 4.98 万行新增，同时混入 join 模块重构、实验配置、GitHub agent/skill、论文源码、生成物/PDF/aux 和图片，无法建立可审计的 correctness/recall 回归边界，且当前没有 CI 结果。请至少拆成四组：① join 代码与最小回归测试；②实验配置与可复现 evidence；③论文/演示文档；④开发工具配置。第一组需报告 p=1 与 p>1 的 recall/duplicates/线程生命周期回归及可运行命令。拆分后各 PR 由维护者按 CI 直接合并，不需等待 PI。
