What does this PR do?

Adds test-pyramid:core-it-latest-api-kvm, a manual, allowed-to-fail copy of test-pyramid:core-it-latest-api that runs on the Linux kvm:amd64 runner pool instead of the macOS AMI.

• Uses $CI_IMAGE_DOCKER and installs at runtime what the image lacks: emulator shared libraries (apt), emulator, the API 37 platform/build-tools and system-images;android-37.0;google_apis_ps16k;x86_64.
• Uses an x86_64 system image: KVM only accelerates guests matching the host architecture.
• Runs emulator -accel-check first so a missing /dev/kvm fails fast with an explicit reason.
• Starts the emulator without -qemu -machine virt (ARM-only machine type), so it cannot reuse the start-emulator / run-core-it-instrumented snippets.
• Waits up to 300s for sys.boot_completed before connectedDebugAndroidTest.
• Uploads JUnit results via dd-sts exchange … datadog-ci junit upload, like the other Linux jobs.

No existing job or snippet is modified.

Evaluate the new KVM-enabled Linux runners as a replacement for the macOS AMI for emulator-based tests.

Additional Notes

• Runtime install downloads ~1.5 GB of system image per run. If the trial succeeds, the follow-up is to bake the emulator, its libraries and the x86_64 image into ci/Dockerfile.gitlab and bump CURRENT_CI_IMAGE.
• The job duplicates ~6 lines of run-core-it-instrumented; if promoted, the ARM-only -qemu args should become a variable so the snippets can be shared.
• Extends .cpu-memory-intensive-job (20 CPU / 8Gi request); may need tuning for the KVM node shape.
