Problem
Production logs show the selected provider, but they do not prove which upstream host receives the request.
Change
Log sanitized JSON events before and after each outbound request. Each event includes the existing trace ID, final upstream hostname, method, retry attempt, status, and duration. Payloads, paths, query strings, headers, and credentials are excluded.
