The manifest and the baked registry list the kegg120 release of toolbox-assets: the core bundle, the taxonomy and the prokaryotic and eukaryotic HMM libraries.

data/manifest.jsonand the baked registry insrc/raven_toolbox/data.pylist thekegg120release oftoolbox-assets: the core bundle, the taxonomy and the prokaryotic (4246 profiles) and eukaryotic (2724 profiles) HMM libraries. The manifest is published asmanifest-v4.The release is built from the KEGG FTP release of 2026-10-25, the snapshot after KEGG Release 120.0.
