Fix module name and broken links in the READMEs - #1474

The top-level README still welcomed trainees to the Onboarding module and had no curriculum link. The Sprint 2 prep link was missing /itp/ and 404'd, and the Sprint 3 guide was titled "week 2".

The top-level README still said "Onboarding Module" and had no curriculum link. It now names JavaScript Fundamentals and links to the module, like the other coursework repos.
Two smaller fixes in the sprint guides: the Sprint 2 prep link was missing /itp/ and returned a 404, and the Sprint 3 guide was still titled "week 2".
