Summary

The model picker catalog was missing newer OpenAI models (including GPT-5.6 Luna). This refreshes current-models.txt from the live Octavus Models API and rebuilds model-capabilities.json.

Changes

• Synced current-models.txt to the Octavus chat-model catalog (214 models; image/audio/tts filtered out)
• Regenerated Thinking support via npm run refresh:model-capabilities
• Extended the OpenAI Thinking heuristic to cover gpt-6* as well as gpt-5*

Test plan

• npm test -- tests/model-capabilities.test.js
• Confirm openai/gpt-5.6-luna is in current-models.txt and model-capabilities.json
• With chat-config.json pointing at that model (or an empty allowedModels), load the app and see it in the picker
