Muster's bar for a good bead was spread through four of its sections, and three coming changes alter that bar from both muster's and the steward's side. The bar now lives once, in references/good-bead.md at the plugin root, with its text unchanged. Muster's audit, wiring section, readiness gate and review brief hold beads to it, and the steward points at it where it reads the top bead. Muster keeps its own actions, such as splitting, setting the effort slug and confirming foreign strands.
