Summary
Fix sync failing after analysis with ModuleNotFoundError for constants. Core 0.15.0 exposes the persisted artifact manifest through infra.constants.
Update the unit-test fixture to match the released package and add a core-compatibility CI smoke check that installs sync artifacts using the actual pinned Core release.
Verification
Fixes the sync failure observed in https://github.com/CodeBoarding/opencode/actions/runs/38665648703.
Patch-release fix; no Core version bump or release metadata changes.
