Services tab -> nodes are not updated

If you create a new scratch, the nodes should updated immediately. This is not working. Have to listen of OS specific events.

Maybe related: when deleting a scratch (right click | Delete on it under Services), the node does not get removed (but the file is deleted).

The thing is, it is just not implemented, yet.
