Releases development to production. Merging deploys production (tests first) and creates the next release.

  • Response cache config migrated to the v8 structure; debugbar config republished for v4

• Skip the response cache while the session has flash data, so toasts (contact form "sent", errors) show after redirects and are never cached for other visitors
• Fix spacing between the contact Message field and Submit button #122 Fix spacing between the contact Message field and Submit button (closes Contact form: Submit button sits against the Message textarea #121)

Checked on development (runs 40895613238 and 40907324512):

• Tests passed and the deploys succeeded; composer audit is clean.
• Home, catalog, contact and login return 200; the contact form shows its toast after submitting, and the Submit button is spaced correctly.

After the production deploy, run php artisan responsecache:clear: responsecache v8 stores responses in a new format.
