Remove Slick #98

Slick (the jQuery carousel) is loaded on every page but never used: main.js runs $('.slick-slider').slick(), and no view has a .slick-slider element. It also calls $.type(), which jQuery 4 removes (#94), so it would break the moment a carousel was added.

• Remove resources/js/vendor/slick.min.js, its import in app.js, and axilSlickActivation in main.js.
• Remove resources/css/vendor/slick.css and slick-theme.css, their imports in app.css, the Slick fonts and ajax-loader.gif in resources/css/fonts, and the "Slick" line in main.css's contents comment.
• npm run production builds, and the site loads with no console errors.
