Summary

  • Every dh:Item template in the 21 mappings on master (22 templates; position-types.rq has two) gains dct:created ?now, bound once per query by a top-level BIND(NOW() AS ?now) at the end of the WHERE. Placing it at the top level, not inside an OPTIONAL, avoids the bottom-up BIND pitfall.
  • make load writes straight to TDB2, so LDH never stamps dct:created on these documents; the ETL now does it.
  • datasets/current/ is regenerated with a full make. CLAUDE.md documents the rule for new mappings.

Notes

  • NOW() is constant per query execution, so every document from one mapping shares one timestamp.
  • Diff churn: every rebuild now changes every graph. For semantic diffs, drop dct:created before the riot --output=nquads | sort comparison.
  • votes.rq and decision-methods.rq live on feat/seimas-votes (unmerged) and get the same edit there.

Test plan

  • All mappings parse (qparse --syntax=ARQ, Jena 5.6.0)
  • Full make passes validate.sh + SHACL for every domain; graph counts as in CLAUDE.md (10 / 60 / 584 counties / municipalities / elderships, 10 / 131 / 4 771 terms / sessions / sittings)
  • Sorted N-Quads diff vs master with dct:created filtered out: 0 added / 0 removed in every regenerated file
  • One dct:created per dh:Item

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Each mapping's dh:Item template gains dct:created ?now, bound once per query by a
top-level BIND(NOW() AS ?now) at the end of the WHERE. make load writes straight to
TDB2, bypassing the LDH API that would otherwise stamp dct:created on PUT.
