Adds
O2PDPSuite::MC-prod-2026-v12-1(based onO2PDPSuite::daily-20260917-0000-1) to the release table.New TPC calibration access. O2DPG taken from commit 90c0a3d259: the anchoring point is shifted past the ITS ramp-up, and 2-tag anchored MC works again.
