This PR introduces the possibilty to fetch year and apass specific q-vector corrections, based on the input AO2D metadata. The code works with the folder structure which can be found at http://alice-ccdb.cern.ch/browse/Users/m/mdicosta/Test/ApassForQVecs/Test_v2, which is arranged in folders LHCXX_yearY.
