Summary

Fixes to #38's Campaign Builder guide, after checking each claim against the ahasend code.

-  test: 1 to 5 addresses, sample values

Also: 50-list limit is API-only, sending type via Update Domain, Create Contact returns 409 for an existing address, and campaigns can still affect account health.
