Fixes #1460. Continue after logging a model-price validation error so invalid rows are skipped rather than aborting or duplicating the previous row. Adds a regression test with invalid rows before and after a valid row. Validation: focused regression passed; module 10 passed with 2 integration tests unavailable because tokencost is not installed; implementation Ruff and git diff --check passed.
