- Line 445: The tool argument handling around the accepted-key filtering must
validate that arguments is an object before calling args.items(). For known
non-canary tools, reject non-object values such as nonempty arrays through the
existing TypeError path so malformed calls cannot terminate the stdio loop;
preserve filtering of unknown keys for valid object arguments.

Replaces three mock-only invariants (identical reference formats across tools, a score-ranked list_problems, problems 1:1 with opportunities) with the engine's verified behaviour: bare ids in get_problem and get_lineage, source:id in list_evidence and originating_sources, lineage_ref == problem_id, evidence newest first, list_problems in creation order, the SDK error prefix, LINEAGE_NOT_FOUND, empty links for an unknown problem, and unknown arguments ignored. Shown failing: 8 failed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
evals/mock_pdg now follows the live engine (2026-10-21): the SDK error prefix; LINEAGE_NOT_FOUND; an empty, unpromoted links result for an unknown problem; list_problems in creation order (fixture problems gain created_at; list_opportunities stays ranked); bare ids in evidence_references and source_evidence_refs against source:id in list_evidence, newest first; lineage_ref == problem_id; one source:id originating source per evidence record; unknown arguments ignored. Remaining, documented differences: all fixture problems are scored, non-string arguments, null-date placement, and the evidence-text flag. The cluster-review test capture is regenerated from the aligned mock. Trace cases forbid network commands rather than any URL in a command: a local hand-off file containing a record link tripped the old pattern. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…ts.request - Ordering compares parsed instants, so engine '+00:00' and fixture 'Z' timestamps sort correctly together; undated evidence stays last. - Non-object tool arguments are refused as VALIDATION_ERROR instead of crashing the stdio loop (a regression from ignoring unknown arguments). - Trace network patterns include requests.request(...). Each pinned by a test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

🟡 Minor · Normalize naive fixture timestamps before ordering. · server.py:314-318
evals/mock_pdg/server.py:314-318
🩺 Stability & Availability | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winNormalize naive fixture timestamps before ordering.
MOCK_PDG_FIXTUREaccepts alternate JSON fixtures without date validation. A fixture can therefore mix naive ISO timestamps withZor offset-aware timestamps._by_creation()andlist_evidence()pass the resulting naive and awaredatetimevalues tosorted(), which raisesTypeError. The request handler converts that exception intoVALIDATION_ERRORinstead of returning the engine-aligned order.Suggested fix
-from datetime import datetime +from datetime import datetime, timezone ... def _instant(stamp: str) -> datetime: """Compare timestamps as instants: the engine writes `+00:00`, fixtures often `Z`.""" - return datetime.fromisoformat(stamp.replace("Z", "+00:00")) + parsed = datetime.fromisoformat(stamp.replace("Z", "+00:00")) + return parsed if parsed.tzinfo is not None else parsed.replace(tzinfo=timezone.utc)🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

Matching call syntax can't keep up with aliases and session variables.
Every Python network call needs an import, so trace cases now also flag
importing requests, httpx, aiohttp, urllib3, socket, urllib.request or
http.client, aliased or not. Prose ('connector requests') still passes.
Bash is denied by the host in trace sessions anyway; this flags attempts.

Network patterns now skip the bodies of heredocs that only write a local file (cat/tee), so a hand-off that mentions 'import requests' or 'from requests' is not flagged. Heredocs fed to an interpreter (python3 - <<EOF) are still scanned. Regression cases cover both. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

by tab characters, while retaining the existing unindented terminator behavior
for standard << heredocs and preserving the captured body boundaries.
- Line 135: The _FILE_HEREDOC filtering must retain heredoc bodies when the
command is piped or otherwise potentially executable, including cat/tee heredocs
sent to sh, so evaluate still detects curl and other forbidden patterns.
Restrict body exclusion to unambiguously standalone local-file writes and
preserve bodies for ambiguous commands.
