feat(panels): a localhost dev server for the opportunities panel - #100
npm run dev in panels/opportunities serves the panel at http://localhost:5173 (set PORT to change it) for everyday UI work:
The panel runs inside the existing mock host: the SDK's AppBridge, a sandboxed iframe and the MCP Apps default CSP. Its data is the captured engine fixtures.
It rebuilds in memory on every save of .mjs, .css or .html and reloads the browser through server-sent events. A failed build shows the error on the page.
A toolbar picks the scenario (ranked list, two pages, engine samples, slow detail reads, empty, refused, failed evidence read, cancelled), light or dark theme, and full, 640 px or 420 px width.
It never writes dist/. You still run node build.mjs before committing, and CI's --check is unchanged.
The fixtures and the host-page builder move from check-page.mjs into mock-scenarios.mjs, so the dev server and the Chrome checks share them. Nothing ships, so no plugin version bump is needed.
Checks
node check-page.mjs: all scenarios pass after the refactor
npm test: 32 pass
node build.mjs --check: dist unchanged
tests/test_panel_contract.py: 45 pass
The dev server driven in Chrome: dark theme, 640 px width, paging scenario, drill-in, the scenario switcher, and a style.css save that reloads the page with the change applied
Added a local preview for the Opportunities panel, with selectable scenarios, themes, and widths. Source changes trigger rebuilds and browser reloads, and build errors appear in the preview.
Documentation
Added instructions for running the preview, its available controls, and the required build step before committing.
`npm run dev` serves the panel inside the mock host at
http://localhost:5173, rebuilds it in memory when a source file changes,
and reloads the browser. A toolbar picks the scenario (list, paging,
engine samples, slow reads, empty, refused, failed evidence, cancelled),
the theme and the width. It never writes dist/.
The fixtures and host page move from check-page.mjs into
mock-scenarios.mjs, so the dev server and the Chrome checks drive the
panel the same way. check-page behaviour is unchanged.

Walkthrough
The Opportunities panel now has shared mock-scenario and host-page helpers used by page checks and a local development server. The server builds previews in memory, supports scenario, theme, and width selections, watches source files, and serves reload events. The README and package script document and expose the workflow.
Changes: Opportunities preview and checks

Summary
Shared mock scenarios and page checks panels/opportunities/mock-scenarios.mjs, panels/opportunities/check-page.mjs
Shared helpers load captured responses, format sample results, bundle the mock host, and generate host pages. Page checks now use these helpers.
Local preview server panels/opportunities/dev.mjs, panels/opportunities/package.json, panels/opportunities/README.md
The local server builds and serves configurable previews, watches source files, and sends reload events. The package script and README expose and describe the workflow.
Source edits may not automatically reload the preview, a central part of the new development workflow. Fix the SSE client lifecycle before merging.

- Line 109: Change the close listener in the `/events` handler to use the SSE
response’s `close` event, so `clients.delete(res)` runs when the streaming
response closes rather than when the GET request completes.
