#878 Replace assertions in the copybook parser with descriptive syntax errors for duplicate REDEFINES, USAGE, OCCURS, VALUE, SIGN SEPARATE, and PIC clauses, and add tests. - #879
The parser now reports duplicate COBOL clauses and missing primitive-field PIC clauses as SyntaxErrorException errors with source-line and field details. Tests check errors for duplicate clauses on group and primitive fields.

Summary
Clause checks and syntax errors cobol-parser/src/main/scala/za/co/absa/cobrix/cobol/parser/antlr/ParserVisitor.scala, cobol-parser/src/test/scala/za/co/absa/cobrix/cobol/parser/parse/SyntaxErrorsSpec.scala
Group and primitive field visitors check for duplicate clauses. Primitive fields also check for a missing PIC clause. Validation failures use SyntaxErrorException with the parser line, field, and message. Tests check errors for duplicate clauses.
The change is mergeable after normal checks. Adding the field-name assertion would strengthen regression coverage without changing parser behavior.

Assert the field name in the new duplicate-clause tests.
The new duplicate-clause tests check only the line number and the message. ParserVisitor passes the field name to every duplicate-clause error, but no new test checks it. Dropping the field from the error would not fail these tests. Add a fieldOpt assertion to each new test, as the existing tests in this file do. Use the field name declared in that test's copybook. Update each new duplicate-clause test using syntaxErrorException to assert that
fieldOpt contains the field name declared in that test’s copybook, alongside the
existing line-number and message assertions.
The new tests cover duplicate USAGE only in a group context. The primitive check at ParserVisitor.scala:800 has no test that asserts its diagnostic. The suggested fixture reaches that check before any PIC or USAGE processing runs, so removing the check would leave the suite passing.

Add a primitive-field duplicate-USAGE test near the existing duplicate-USAGE
tests in SyntaxErrorsSpec. Use a fixture with a PIC clause followed by two USAGE
clauses, parse it with CopybookParser.parseTree, and assert the line number and
“Duplicate USAGE clause” diagnostic so the primitive check in ParserVisitor is
exercised.

Assert fieldOpt in the primitive duplicate-USAGE test.
The test "The multiple USAGE clause in primitive" checks only lineNumber and the message. The sibling test for duplicate SEPARATE SIGN checks fieldOpt.contains("FILED2"). Add the same assertion so the test also detects a None field identifier.

In the “The multiple USAGE clause in primitive” test, add an assertion that
syntaxErrorException.fieldOpt contains “FILED2”, alongside the existing
line-number and message assertions.
