AC0033 is now Info and disabled by default. The page explains when to enable it: each app should send its HTTP calls from its own extension, so the Allow HttpClient Requests setting governs each app's calls in non-production environments, regardless of the dependency structure. Follow the rule-page convention: a disabled-by-default rule shows the Hidden badge and no disabled-by-default note. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
Documents AC0033 as an opt-in rule, matching the analyzer change in ALCops/Analyzers#585 (default severity
Info, disabled by default).AC0033.md: new title andseverity = 'Info'; opens with a note that the rule is disabled by default and when to enable it: each app sends its HTTP calls from its own extension, regardless of the dependency structure. Explains the Allow HttpClient Requests setting on the Extension Settings page (non-production environments, per extension, production-to-sandbox copies). Telemetry and test mocking stay as secondary benefits. The foundation-app pragma example is replaced by "Why the rule is disabled by default" and an "Enable the rule" ruleset snippet. Adds the Microsoft Learn HttpClient page to See also._index.md: AC0033 row updated (new title,Info,—).Verification
