Add Cheaper Inference as a built-in aggregator preset, shaped like the Opper and Atlas Cloud entries. presets.ts: new cheaperinference preset after atlascloud, base https://api.cheaperinference.com/v1, with OpenAI Chat, OpenAI Responses and Anthropic endpoints. The model list needs a key, so it is not marked public. Suggested models are bare IDs. baseurl.ts: Cheaper Inference added to the /v1 row of the doc table. presets.test.ts: pinned the Anthropic URL row. preset-brands.test.ts: lobehub has no icon for it, so it falls back to initials. The count, the comment and the no-icon list are updated.

This PR adds Cheaper Inference as a built-in aggregator preset.
It is shaped like the Opper and Atlas Cloud entries (#172, #177).
Cheaper Inference is an OpenAI-compatible LLM gateway.
One API key gives access to models from several makers.
The preset is not marked as recommended.
