Extension can't download and unzip `wakatime-ls-v*` archive if being used (Windows)

On Windows, I'm getting the following error:

Language server wakatime:

from extension "wakatime" version 0.1.9: failed to download file: unzipping "wakatime-ls-v0.1.9" archive

Caused by:
    0: creating file "\\\\?\\C:\\Users\\ericswpark\\AppData\\Local\\Zed\\extensions\\work\\wakatime\\wakatime-ls-v0.1.9\\wakatime-ls.exe"
    1: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (os error 32)

I do have multiple Zed windows open; is it possible that they conflicted on upgrading/unzipping the wakatime-ls.exe binary?

#11 is possibly related, but I did not want to hijack that thread in case the root cause is different.

Other extensions seems to be working fine with multiple windows
