If the user receives an email that their VS Code wakatime plugin is malfunctioning, it asks them to file a bug with a list of their installed plugins, but it doesn't tell them how to do that.
It would be helpful if the email directed the user how to dump their list of installed extensions from VS Code. I had to look it up:
