Recording it in renamed_modules makes base's pre-migration rename the installed ir_module_module record before any module is loaded, so a bulk `-u all` migrates the existing install under the new name and preserves its data. This complements the in-module pre_init_hook, which covers the `-i` / fresh-install path (where the to-install record already exists and the rename must merge). On this Community install it is replaced by oxigen_ptplus_accounting_asset_management, which provides the Portugal asset localization on the OCA account_asset_management stack.
