global metrics all to zero (stargazers, forkers, watchers)

Hi

Since some time, the global metrics are displayed with zero value.

The token has all permissions documented here: https://github.com/lowlighter/metrics/blob/master/.github/readme/partials/documentation/setup/action.md#1%EF%B8%8F-create-a-github-personal-token

Is there somethin missing in the token permission or config?

Feel free to try your config on the @gh-metrics fork and see if it's fixed! I don't actively try to fix bugs, but I'm happy to coordinate fixes, and I think that this bug has an included fix.

I tried the master branch from gh-metrics, but the global metrics are still 0.
