Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Require vize 0.17.1

vize 0.17.1 builds on Vize 0.431.0, which fixes three Vapor compiler
bugs. Two can affect components Volt compiles with vapor: true: static
attribute values decoded twice in Vapor templates, and default slot
content dropped beside a named <template #name>. Raising the minimum
protects projects that do not update vize themselves. No API change.
