- Prevent identity migration merges from publishing before phase 3 validation
- Move the workspace graph to the confirmed DiffexAI scope and short CLI name - Keep external dependencies unchanged while regenerating install metadata - Align imports, examples, resolution, and release configuration before publication
- Record verified package, repository, and local artifact identities - Separate reviewed historical residuals from unresolved operational branding - Preserve explicit handoff gates for backend and distribution phases

Summary
Move the Diffex workspace graph to
@diffexai, with@diffexai/diffexas the CLI package, and remove the incorrect Earendil affiliation announcement.Reasoning
Imports, package metadata, generated install locks, examples, and release tooling must agree before later distribution work.
Changes
Publication, backend cutover, and production consumer changes remain separate release work.
The inherited security-contact and staff-authorization files are unchanged under the owner's skips.
