I wouldn't be comfortable with listing this unless it was abundantly clear that it's unofficial and run by the C++ Alliance.

Yes, I agree we should point it out more clearly. How do you feel about changing the description to something along the lines of

- A volunteer resource for the C++ standards committee with improved mailing view
+ An alternative mailing view by the C++ Alliance

It could also be a bit more verbose than that, not sure what to say about it. I don't like the "mailing view" wording, that seems a bit awkward.

Well, it's more than just a mailing view, they have a bunch of things. Maybe

A volunteer resource by the C++ Alliance

And put the C++ Alliance logo onto the card.

There's a different icon for this page, I think we should not override it.

"volunteer resource" says pretty much nothing about this thing. I think it should be at least pointed out that this is one way to consume the (more or less) monthly mailings. At least that's what I use that page for :D
