From 02b59a1623d2738dc30463479de3a4b5fdeaad90 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Hannes Lenke Date: Wed, 28 Oct 2026 21:26:55 -0400 Subject: [PATCH] docs: json reporter writes a file, progress goes to stderr (checkly-cli 10.0.0) The reporter examples on the checkly test and checkly trigger pages redirected the json reporter to results.json. The json reporter never printed JSON to stdout; it writes checkly-json-report.json in the current directory and prints a summary and the file path. The examples now run the reporter without a redirect and the pages say where the report goes. Since CLI 10.0.0 only the reporter output goes to stdout and the progress messages go to stderr. Both pages say so and note that earlier versions print the progress messages to stdout too.
